Spectral Arts have developed and
facilitated hundreds of workshops. With over ten years experience
we have a huge number of workshops ready to run and we are always
delighted to develop new workshops according to your needs.
Our various workshop co-ordinators are highly experienced in a variety of fields including: art and design, digital media, choreography, performance, costume making and herbs, health and nutrition.
We work with the very young to the elderly, making anything from withy and papier-mâché lanterns to digital media, from individual take away pieces to huge collaborative projects.
Please see our Art in Education section to learn more about our work in schools and colleges.
Workshops can be booked for any event and almost any location and their content can be pre-set or individually themed. We deliver simple one or half day workshops or a sessions which run over a period of weeks.
We work in partnership with local authorities, schools, museums, event organisers, youth and community groups. We have also worked alongside local theatre and put together performances, giving people the opportunity to experience all areas of theatre production.
Our workshops can incorporate a wide variety of techniques using and exploring different materials. Our versatile and accessible use of materials and techniques make the arts accessible to a huge range of individuals and communities.
Participating in our workshops can be an immensely empowering experience helping promote children or adult’s confidence, self- expression and self-esteem, encouraging group collaboration and decision-making as well as learning new skills.
