Mobile art
Design and create your own kinetic mobile art. Mainly using recycled materials and natural forms such as feathers, beads, ribbon, fabrics and driftwood.

Felt making
Using different coloured wool the children will create images and learn how to hand felt this into a strong textile cloth. These could then be displayed as a collaborative piece.

Mosaic
Using tiles, old crockery and mirror, mosaics can be made using recycled materials. The children will each design and make their own mosaic piece, which can be used as a trivet or wall decoration.

Kite Making
Using paper, wooden stakes the children will learn how to make a kite from scratch. They will each be able to make a uniquely decorated flying kite that could be used on an outing to the park

Carnival Costumes (Big splash, Thames Festival, Luton Carnival)

Herb workshops
Short courses in herbal medicine can be designed for all ages, for groups or individuals and tailored to meet their demands. For example the course could be about the traditional use of herbal medicine, the use of herbs used for common aliments, herbs used in the past and how they are used now, plants and their nutritional value, herbs and how they are harvested and so on. These workshops can also be practical led workshops, run over a number of weeks, or in the form of herb walks depending on the groups needs.
